Online Shipping Information and Policies
All merchandise shipments are securely wrapped in plain packages with no indications of the contents on the outside.
Most of our shipping is done via Federal Express (FedEx) and will require a physical street address. All orders directed to P.O. boxes will be sent U.S. Mail.
All orders placed by 12:00 PM ( Noon ) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Monday through Friday, after 12:00 PM ( Noon ), are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday. (Holidays and weekends are not counted as “business days”.)
Standard shipping orders will arrive in 7 – 12 business days. Shipping charges are based on the amount of merchandise ordered.
For orders between $0.00 and $35.00, standard shipping is $6.95.
For orders between $35.01 and $70.00, standard shipping is $9.95.
For orders between $70.01 and $120.00, standard shipping is 12.95.
For orders over $120.01, standard shipping is 15.95.
For Next Business Day Express orders, add $16.00 to Standard shipping.
For 2nd Day Air orders, add $ 11.00 to Standard shipping.
For all orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, add $11.00 to Standard shipping. Please note all orders are shipped 2nd Day Air.
For all orders shipped to Canada or Mexico, add $11.00 to Standard shipping. Please note all orders are shipped UPS Standard Delivery. Orders will arrive in 7 – 12 days.
Foreign Customers please note that, for orders shipped outside the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico, add $20.00 to Standard Shipping. These orders will be delivered by Federal Express. Federal Express requires a physical address and telephone number for every international order. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you at the time of importation. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties we will not issue a refund for your order. Orders will arrive in 7 – 12 days. ( 2nd day air is not available for foreign orders. )
To obtain current shipping status of your order, you may contact the shipper directly using the tracking data and information via the live link sent you both on your order shipping confirmation email and on your account with Tabutoys.com, or you may email customerservice@tabutoys.com. Please include your name, address, zip code and daytime phone number, as well as your order number which is located on your shipping confirmation email and your account with Tabutoys.com. You may also contact any of our friendly customer service agents at 800-921-1266 for order status information.
Satisfaction and Returns
Your satisfaction and safety are very important to us. Therefore, please understand that we cannot accept returns on any product (opened or unopened) unless it is due to defects in materials or workmanship. Unlike many retailers that accept returns and then re-sell the used product, we immediately destroy all returned merchandise-without exception. This means you can always have absolute confidence that anything you purchase from Tabutoys.com has never been used and is therefore completely clean and safe.
Products defective in materials or workmanship may be returned for a replacement, credit or full refund within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. You must request a Return Authorization in order to return your product. All unauthorized returns will be immediately destroyed without exception. To request a return, simply click Login or Register at the top of the screen, enter your email address and password, and click Login. Under the Account Menu, click View Previous Orders and click on the order number containing the defective product. Go to the bottom of the screen, click on Request a Return Authorization Number, and follow the instructions. Return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the order date. Customer Service will send you an Approved or Denied notice with return instructions within seven (7) business days.
Again, please do not return your merchandise until you have received an Approved notice. We are unable to process unauthorized returns, and the merchandise will be immediately destroyed.
Due to the ease of duplication, video tapes are not returnable once the seal is broken. In the case of a defective video tape, we will reship one of the same title once we receive the defective tape.

A credit will be issued at the time an Approved Notice is sent out, unless an exchange is requested.
To buy your E-Gift Certificate select the amount you would like to purchase. Enter the required information such as your name and email as well as the name and email of the recipient and proceed through the check out procedure.
To redeem your E-Gift Certificate please visit us at Tabutoys.com. Select one or more items, enter your email address and your E-Gift Certificate code in the boxes provided on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Your E-Gift Certificate(s) will be processed within 24 business hours and sent to the recipient via email. If you are ordering products in addition to your E-Gift Certificate(s), please choose a shipping method. Tabutoys.com is not responsible for invalid email addresses. If we are unable to deliver the email, we will communicate to you via your billing address. You will not be charged shipping or taxes for your E-Gift Certificate(s).

Allergic Reaction to Latex. Some people have experienced a sensitivity to latex. If you have a sensitivity , please do not come in contact with latex products.
